Due to the digital nature of our Premium subscription service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, it is non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error on our part or a demonstrable failure of the service to perform as described. To request a refund under such circumstances, please contact our support team at support@iheadline.mod within 7 days of the transaction.

PUBLISHING Tokens

Please note that transactions involving the PUBLISHING token are recorded on a public blockchain and are irreversible. We have no control over these transactions and cannot issue refunds for any tokens earned, vaporized, or otherwise transacted within the application's ecosystem.
